Refurbishment of Veterinary Practice

PJ Services has worked with the practice on various schemes over the years. They then employed us to update and refurbish the practices original premises. The work involved a complete refurbishment including structural alterations, partitions walls, safety flooring, electrical rewire, heating installations and redecoration.

The main difficulty with this contract was that the practice had to remain open at all times. The brief was that the practice had to continue working efficiently and safely.  To allow this a phasing and method of works was established and we worked extremely closely with the client. To assist the practice worked was stopped a number of times so sensitive operations/procedures could be done.

The work was completed in three phases over a 16 week period. The project was completed successfully and the client has a modern and more efficient building layout.  The client marked our customer satisfaction form high in all categories.
