New Build – Salford

This contract was for the construction of a new build three storey house to the side of an existing shop building.  This was in addition to the removal of the top storey of the shop and the addition of two new storey’s.

The presiding condition that the shop had to remain in operation throughout the works made the project extremely complex with regards health and safety, security and weathering.  However, PJ Services’ creation of bespoke protection provisions and programming in addition to the creation of a custom ‘tent’ over the existing building meant that the project could be executed in a safe and timely manner without disruption to the clients business operations.
