New Build of Shop Area & Flats

The project was a new build scheme comprising a shop area to the ground floor with three flats to the first floor. It was a brownfield site which was previously the home of the local public house and terraced properties. The build comprised deep fill foundations, beam and pot precast floors with part steel frame construction.

The project was phased to allow the shop to open as early as possible for financial benefit to the client. Once the shop was open, work commenced on the flats. The project was completed to the clients satisfaction and the next phase will now be assessed.
