Regeneration of Market Street Chorley

PJ Services completed the regeneration of an empty block of buildings on Market Street, Chorley. The buildings had been empty for over 10 years. Chorley council awarded the contract to us after a competitive tender procedure.

The work involved the demolition of one property, building of a glazed single storey shop unit and complete refurbishment of the existing buildings.  The buildings were completely stripped out, reroofed in a GRP covering, reskinned in rain screen cladding and aluminium doors/windows installed.  At the rear of the building a new car park/delivery area was laid.

The scheme was completed to a high standard of finish and has significantly improved the local environment.
